Inspection and Reporting on the Management and Utilization of Funds for Implementing PPP Projects

In Article 22 of Circular 88/2018/TT-BTC, the regulation on Inspection and Reporting of the management and use of funds for implementing PPP projects is stipulated as follows:

- Annually, periodically, or unexpectedly, ministries and central authorities, provincial People's Committees, and financial bodies at all levels organize inspections on the management and use of funds for investment preparation and project implementation, as well as the State's participation in PPP projects provided by the competent state authority or the agency assigned to manage the investment preparation costs and project implementation, including the State's participation in PPP projects.

- Annually, the unit utilizing the fund for investment preparation and project implementation, including the State's participation in the project's ministries and central authorities, and provincial People's Committees, is responsible for reporting to the financial body belonging to ministries, central authorities, and local authorities at the same level on the usage of funds for investment preparation and project implementation, including the State's participation in PPP projects.

- Quarterly, investors and project enterprises are responsible for reporting to the agency or unit assigned with managing the public investment capital regarding the usage of the State's capital participation in the project.
