What is the Secure Server Serving the Connection to the National Public Service Portal?

According to Clause 3, Article 3 of the Regulations on the management, operation, and exploitation of the National Public Service Portal issued together with Decision 31/2021/QD-TTg (effective from December 09, 2021) stipulations are as follows:

Secure server facilitating connection to the National Public Service Portal: is a computer device installed with services for authentication, and data security during transmission on the National Interoperability Document Axis integrated with digital signature authentication services designated by the Government of Vietnam issued by the Government Cipher Committee. It is managed by ministries and central authorities, agencies, and localities to ensure authenticity, digital signature encryption, and data exchange between parties through the National Interoperability Document Axis.
