According to Clause 2b, Article 77 of Decree 15/2020/ND-CP (Effective from April 15, 2020), the content is stipulated as follows:
A fine ranging from VND 20,000,000 to VND 30,000,000 shall be imposed for one of the following acts:
Failure to provide warning signs for information technology products and services containing content that is harmful to children.
Thus, the penalty for failing to provide warning signs for information technology products and services containing content that is harmful to children ranges from VND 20 million to VND 30 million.
