Pursuant to Section 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Appendix 2.a issued together with Circular 24/2020/TT-BTTTT stipulating regulations on the plan for trial operation of the technical infrastructure system of an investment project using state budget capital in Vietnam as follows:
2. Plan test operation
a) Executing unit: The contractor shall coordinate with the investor and related parties.
b) Main activities:
- Analyze and define jobs for trial operation.
- Analyze and identify mobilized resources for trial operation.
- Build necessary forms during test operation.
- Planning test operation.
- The trial operation plan is approved by the investor.
3. Develop test operation scenario
a) Executing unit: The contractor shall coordinate with the investor and related parties.
b) Main activities:
- Research and analyze relevant input documents to determine the scope, scenarios, test operation scenarios.
- Develop and design documents on situations, test operating scenarios of single dynamic level, system level to fully ensure functional requirements and technical features of equipment according to detailed designs provided. approve.
- Submit to the investor for approval of the test operation scenario.
4. Set up test operating environment
a) Executing unit: The contractor shall coordinate with the investor and related parties.
b) Main activities:
- Prepare the test operating environment and the requirements of the deploying contractor that need to be prepared by the investor to serve the test operation.
- Set up the power source and other related technical infrastructure conditions; check measures to ensure operation safety, prevent fire and explosion during test operation.
5. Perform test operation
a) Executing unit: The contractor shall coordinate with the investor and related parties.
b) Main activities:
- Check, monitor, make and sign the test operation result report.
- Check, monitor, make and sign the minutes of troubleshooting, changes or other problems arising at the site during the trial operation (if any).
- Check, monitor and record changes compared to the approved detailed design during test operation (if any).
- Monitor and supervise the implementation supervision unit during the contractor's implementation of trial operation.
- In the case of trial operation, if there is damage or failure of commercial equipment or software, the concerned parties shall meet to agree to adjust the test operation plan or stop the test operation (if necessary).
6. Report on test operation results
a) Executing unit: The contractor shall coordinate with the investor and related parties.
b) Main activities:
- Compile and report test results.
- Check completed documents and records.
- Recommendations and proposals to the investor (if any).
What are contents of trial operation of internal software of investment projects using state budget capital in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Section 1 Appendix 2.b issued together with Circular 24/2020/TT-BTTTT stipulating contents of trial operation of internal software of investment projects using state budget capital in Vietnam as follows:
a) Test operation of internal software including contents of work similar to user acceptance testing (UAT) specified at point a, item 1, Appendix 2c.
b) Depending on the scope of the project, the level of quality requirements or the actual conditions, the investor may decide to choose the content of trial operation accordingly.
c) Test the software to determine whether all functions of the tested software meet the functional requirements for completeness, completeness, correctness and compatibility according to the documentation whether the specification of user requirements; functional specification of the approved software.
d) During the functional test, the investor may consider and decide to test the interface design and user experience (UI UX) if necessary.
