Pursuant to Subsection 5, Section II, Article 2 of Decision 186/QD-BTTTT in 2022 stipulating the Department of Telecommunications implementing the National Digital Platform Development Program in Vietnam as follows:

a) Study international experiences in promoting the development of digital and digital technology businesses and digital platforms;

b) Research and propose mechanisms and policies to promote exports, provide cross-border services and transfer technology of national digital platforms “Make in Vietnam” to the world. Perform other tasks under the Program as assigned by the Ministry's Leader or proposed by the Joint Coordinating Body.
