6. Set up and maintain the testing environment

a) Implementing unit:

- In case of self-implementation: The investor shall coordinate with the implementing contractor and related parties.

- In case of hiring an independent testing unit: The independent testing unit coordinates with the implementation contractor and related parties.

b) Main activities

- Research the configuration of the operating environment, exploit the software, organize the setting of the corresponding test environment, in accordance with the test requirements in the case of using Testlab.

- Install and configure software to be tested.

- Prepare test data.

- Set up test support tools.

- Test and maintain test environment.

a) Implementing unit:

- In case of self-implementation: The investor shall coordinate with the implementing contractor and related parties.

- In case of hiring an independent testing unit: The independent testing unit coordinates with the implementation contractor and related parties.

b) Main activities

- The test execution unit prepares test results report.

- Announce the test results and declare the end of the test. Investors consider and decide:

+ Request the implementation contractor to receive the results, edit, supplement and complete the software in case the software has errors.

+ Agree on the plan to organize the acceptance test with relevant parties.

Test termination statement.

- The implementing contractor and related parties are responsible for receiving and implementing the work according to the published test results.
