1. Information and data received from the national network of satellite positioning stations must be stored, preserved, exploited and provided to ensure integrity, continuity and accuracy.

3. Comply with and update regulations on information and data security in order to ensure security and safety of information and data received from the national network of satellite positioning stations.

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation on operation and maintenance of the national network of satellite positioning stations promulgated together with Decision 2537/QD-BTNMT in 2022 stipulating regulations on monitoring the operation of the control station that handles the operation of the national network of satellite positioning stations in Vietnam as follows:

1. Monitor the continuous operation of the server system, storage cabinets, backup disk cabinets, system software, specialized software such as Leica GNSS Spider, Bernese, GNSS Solutions RTNet. Ensure the provision of information and data continuously received from the national network of satellite positioning stations.

2. Monitor data storage status on storage cabinets and back up data on backup disk cabinets.

3. Regularly check information and data of the global satellite navigation system (GNSS), meteorological sensors (Met4A) transmitted from national satellite positioning stations according to the technical requirements in Article 9 and Article 10 of Circular No. 03/2020/TT-BTNMT dated May 29, 2020 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment providing technical regulations on the national network of satellite positioning stations.

Technical staff directly operating the national network of satellite positioning stations are responsible for:

1. Monitor and supervise data from national satellite positioning stations transmitted to the central processing control station via the network environment. When there is a problem of data loss, it must be promptly rectified.

2. Guide staff at Hydro-meteorological stations and stations under the General Department of Meteorology and Hydrology and organizations where the national satellite positioning stations are located in overcoming technical problems during the continuous operation of the national satellite positioning system.
