Supervision of Telecommunications Equipment and Radio Stations after Certification Issuance: What Does it Entail?
According to Clause 5, Article 2 of Circular 07/2020/TT-BTTTT (effective from June 1, 2020), this content is stipulated as follows:
Supervision of telecommunications equipment and radio stations after the issuance of the Inspection Certificate (hereinafter referred to as supervision) is the activity of reviewing and comparing the actual telecommunications equipment and radio station numbers with the inspection and evaluation dossier in cases where the telecommunications equipment and radio stations have the potential to cause electromagnetic field safety issues.
