1. Regulations on use of information in the Association/Fund database in Vietnam
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation on management, operation, update, and use of the Association/Fund database promulgated together with Decision 79/QD-BNV in 2022, use of information in the Association/Fund database in Vietnam is specified as follows:
1. All organizations and individuals are entitled to use basic information in the Association/Fund database.
2. For associations and funds that want to log in and update their organization's information, they must fully meet the following conditions:
a) Submit a registration form for updating, and using information to the Ministry of Home Affairs;
b) Be granted access rights, accounts and passwords of the Association/Fund database by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
2. Information to be used from the Association/Fund database in Vietnam
Pursuant to Article 16 of Regulation on management, operation, update, and use of the Association/Fund database promulgated together with Decision 79/QD-BNV in 2022, information to be used from the Association/Fund database in Vietnam is specified as follows:
1. Information to be used from the Association/Fund database includes:
a) General information about associations and funds;
b) List of associations, funds and fields of operation;
c) List of key leaders of associations and funds;
d) List of Presidents of associations; Presidents of the fund management council;
dd) A list to monitor the organization of the tenure congresses of the associations;
e) A list to monitor the tenure of the Fund Management Council;
g) List of documents related to the field of associations and funds;
h) Other information related to associations and funds specified in this Regulation.
2. The information mentioned at Points a and b, Clause 1 of this Article shall be published and publicly posted on the website of the Ministry of Home Affairs, which is not on the secret list.
