Registration Dossier for Identifying Name
According to Article 24 of Decree 91/2020/ND-CP (effective October 01, 2020) stipulating the dossier for registration of an identification name includes:
- For organizations:
+ A certified copy of the organization's establishment decision or business registration certificate. In case the organization or enterprise registers multiple identification names at the same time, only 01 certified business registration certificate or 01 certified establishment decision of the organization shall be provided;
+ Registration form for identification name according to Form No. 01 of the Appendix issued with this Decree;
+ Other documents related to intellectual property rights, trademark registration (if any).
- For individuals:
+ A certified copy of the identity card or citizen identification card or passport;
+ Registration form for identification name according to Form No. 01 of the Appendix issued with this Decree;
+ Other documents related to intellectual property rights, trademark registration (if any).
