Provisions on the Functions of Storing and Disposing of the Following Information Accompanied by Digitally Signed Data Messages

The functions of storing and canceling the following information along with the digitally signed data message are stipulated in Clause 3, Article 5 of Circular 22/2020/TT-BTTTT. To be specific:

- The digital certificate corresponding to the private key used by the digital signer to sign the data message at the time of digital signing;

- The list of revoked digital certificates at the time of signing from the certification service providers that issued the digital certificates corresponding to the digital signatures on the outgoing data message;

- The certification policy of the certification service providers that issued the digital certificates corresponding to the digital signatures on the outgoing data message;

- The results of the digital certificate status verification corresponding to the digital signatures on the received data message.
