Provision of Services to Organizations or Individuals Who Are Not Members of the Private Telecommunications Network: What is the Penalty?

Based on Clause 1, Article 17 of Decree 15/2020/ND-CP (effective from April 15, 2020) regarding violations of regulations on the implementation of the Private Telecommunications Network License, as follows:

- A fine ranging from 10,000,000 VND to 20,000,000 VND for providing services to organizations or individuals who are not members of the private telecommunications network.

Additionally, Clause 3, Article 17 of this Decree also stipulates additional penalties as follows:

Revocation of the Private Telecommunications Network License for a period ranging from 01 month to 03 months for violations specified in Clauses 1 and 2 of this Article.

=> Therefore, your case will be subject to a fine ranging from 10,000,000 VND to 20,000,000 VND and revocation of the Private Telecommunications Network License for a period ranging from 01 to 03 months.
