Process for Support and Incident Handling on the National Public Service Portal
According to Article 52 of the Management, Operation, and Exploitation Regulations of the National Public Service Portal issued together with Decision 31/2021/QD-TTg (Effective from December 09, 2021) regarding the support and incident handling procedures as follows:
Support requests and incident handling on the Management System of the National Public Service Portal are processed within no more than 8 working hours from the time of receipt of the request or proposal from ministries, central authorities, and local authorities. For complex support proposals and incident handling requests, information on the completion time for support and incident remediation will be announced on the Management System of the National Public Service Portal.
In case of planned system maintenance and upgrade, the Office of the Government of Vietnam informs the relevant parties at least 05 working days in advance.
