Procedure for Updating and Disclosing Administrative Procedure Data on the National Database
According to Article 16 of the Regulation on management, operation, and exploitation of the National Public Service Portal issued under Decision 31/2021/QD-TTg (Effective from December 09, 2021), the procedures for updating and publicizing administrative procedure data are as follows:
Ministries, agencies, and provincial People's Committees update and publicize administrative procedure data according to the following process:
Use a high-level administrative account to authorize officials and public employees to update and publicize administrative procedure data and online public services.
Log in to the National Database of Administrative Procedures (address: https://csdl.dichvucong.gov.vn) via the authorized account.
Update the Announcement Decision and the content of the administrative procedures that have been officially announced according to the provisions of the law into the National Database of Administrative Procedures as stipulated in Articles 17, 18, 19, and 20 of this Regulation.
Check, review, and compare to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the administrative procedure data that has been updated into the National Database with the administrative procedures in the Announcement Decision on administrative procedures.
Publicize the Announcement Decision on administrative procedures and the content of the updated administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal.
Supplement the implementation method for online public services for eligible administrative procedures that have been provided on the Ministry-level Public Service Portal.
