Penalties for Delayed Response to Cybersecurity Incidents and Non-Compliance with Reporting Regulations
According to Clause 2b, Article 78 of Decree 15/2020/ND-CP (Effective from April 15, 2020), the content is stipulated as follows:
A fine ranging from 20,000,000 VND to 30,000,000 VND shall be imposed for one of the following acts:
Failure to immediately implement incident response activities and report as prescribed.
Thus, the fine for the act of failing to immediately implement incident response activities and report as prescribed is from 20 to 30 million VND.
