Monitoring of Telecommunication Equipment and Radio Stations Granted a Certification of Inspection
According to Article 8 of Circular 07/2020/TT-BTTTT (effective from June 1, 2020), this content is regulated as follows:
Inspection organizations are responsible for supervising and cooperating with state management agencies to supervise telecommunications equipment and radio stations that have been granted inspection certificates when brought into operation and use.
Inspection organizations are responsible for notifying state management agencies when telecommunications equipment and radio stations that have been granted inspection certificates are found to no longer comply with national technical standards.
