Location and Working Hours of the Inspection Team for Individuals under the Ministry of Information and Communications

Based on Article 6 of Regulation on the inspection work of agencies, organizations, and individuals under the Ministry of Information and Communications, Decision 29/QD-BTTTT of 2021 stipulates as follows:

Location and Working Hours of the Inspection Team

1. During the inspection process, the Inspection Team shall work with the inspected subjects, agencies, organizations, and related individuals at the headquarters of the inspected individuals and organizations or the place where inspection and verification are carried out.

2. The Inspection Team shall work with inspected subjects, agencies, organizations, and related individuals during working hours. In cases where it is necessary to work outside of regular working hours with inspected subjects, agencies, organizations, and related individuals, the Head of the Inspection Team shall make the decision and be responsible for that decision.

Based on Article 7 of the aforementioned regulations, the specific content is as follows:

1. Inspecting the compliance with specialized information and communication laws.

2. Inspecting the implementation of conclusions and directives from the Leadership of the Ministry of Information and Communications.

3. Inspecting the implementation of assigned functions and tasks and the compliance with related policies and legal regulations during the performance of assigned functions and tasks.
