International Cooperation in Cybersecurity Safety and Security
Pursuant to Article 6 of the 2015 Law on Cyber Information Security:
- International cooperation on cyber information security must comply with the following principles:
+ Respect the independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of nations, do not interfere in each other's internal affairs, ensure equality and mutual benefits;
+ Comply with the laws of Vietnam and the international treaties to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a party.
- The contents of international cooperation on cyber information security include:
+ International cooperation in training, research, and application of science, engineering, and technology regarding cyber information security;
+ International cooperation in preventing and combating violations of the law concerning cyber information security; investigating and handling cyber information security incidents, preventing activities that exploit the network for terrorism;
+ Other international cooperation activities related to cyber information security.
