Information Synchronized to the National Public Service Portal from Ministerial and Provincial Electronic Information Systems
Based on Clause 3, Article 30 of the Regulation on management, operation, and exploitation of the National Public Service Portal issued together with Decision 31/2021/QD-TTg (Effective from December 09, 2021), it stipulates:
Information synchronized to the National Public Service Portal from the Public Service Portal, the electronic one-stop information system at the ministerial and provincial levels includes:
+ Synchronizing information of applications and categories, links to application components, and results of administrative procedure resolution;
+ Synchronizing the progress of handling administrative procedure applications;
+ Synchronizing statistical data on the status of processing administrative procedure applications of ministries, central authorities, and local authorities;
+ Synchronizing survey data and user feedback on the quality of administrative procedure resolution and online public services of ministries, central authorities, and local authorities;
+ Synchronizing information related to sending and receiving applications via public postal services;
+ Synchronizing information related to the payment of fees, charges, and financial obligations;
+ Synchronizing information about responding to questions from organizations and individuals.
