According to Article 40 of the Regulation on the management, operation, and exploitation of the National Public Service Portal issued together with Decision 31/2021/QD-TTg (effective from December 09, 2021) stipulating the methods for sending feedback and recommendations on the National Public Service Portal as follows:
Organizations and individuals can send feedback and recommendations on the National Public Service Portal through the following methods:
Access the National Public Service Portal at https://dichvucong.gov.vn, the Feedback and Recommendations section to send feedback and recommendations.
Send feedback and recommendations during the process of utilizing online public services on the National Public Service Portal.
