How Many Principles Are There for Managing Databases in State Agencies?
According to the provisions of Article 9 of Decree 47/2020/ND-CP (effective from May 25, 2020), there are 3 principles for managing data and databases in state agencies, as follows:
Data within state agencies must be organized uniformly and managed based on the responsibility of state agencies. Data and databases within individual agencies or units must be organized and stored in a manner that facilitates sharing with external agencies or units.
The creation and information of data within databases in state agencies must consistently use unified catalog codes, in alignment with the master data issued by the relevant governing state authority.
State agencies must not require individuals or organizations to provide data that the agency already manages, or that is readily shareable and meets the requirements by another state agency, except in cases where the data is required for updates or for the purposes of data verification and validation.
Respectfully!
