Forms of Amendment and Supplementation of Electronic Dossiers for Administrative Procedures

According to the provisions of Article 12 of Decree 45/2020/ND-CP (Effective from May 22, 2020):

Organizations and individuals shall amend and supplement the components of the dossier on the National Public Service Portal, ministry-level public service portals, and provincial public service portals as required by the competent authorities.

Accordingly: The forms of amending and supplementing electronic dossiers include:

- Creating and supplementing information according to the criteria and formats as instructed, and sending it to the National Public Service Portal, ministry-level public service portals, and provincial public service portals;

- Directly declaring on the National Public Service Portal or ministry-level public service portals, and provincial public service portals.

- The amendment and supplementation of electronic information and dossiers are recorded in the modification history and do not change the administrative procedure dossier code.
