Conditions for Benefiting from Postpaid Fixed-line Telecommunications Universal Service Charges

According to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 9, Circular 02/2020/TT-BTTTT, the subjects eligible for postpaid terrestrial fixed-line public telecommunications service charges must meet the following conditions:

- Belong to poor households or near-poor households according to the national poverty standard;

- Register to use the postpaid terrestrial fixed-line public telecommunications service;

- Not registered to receive support or have registered to stop receiving support for using postpaid terrestrial mobile telecommunications services;

- Each poor household or near-poor household is only entitled to support for using postpaid terrestrial fixed-line public telecommunications services associated with one fixed-line telephone number of only one telecommunications enterprise.
