Changing the location of a representative office of a press agency without notification - what is the penalty?
According to Point a, Clause 1, Article 21 of Decree 119/2020/ND-CP (Effective from December 1, 2020) as follows:
A fine ranging from VND 3,000,000 to VND 5,000,000 shall be imposed for the following act: Failure to inform in writing the competent state agency when changing the location of the representative office, or the head of the representative office of a press agency;
Thus, organizations that fail to inform in writing the competent state agency when changing the location of the representative office of a press agency may be fined up to VND 5 million. This penalty applies to organizations (Clause 2, Article 4 of Decree 119/2020/ND-CP).
