In Article 45 of the National Assembly session regulations issued together with Resolution 71/2022/QH15 (effective from March 15, 2023), there are regulations on procedure for dismissing National Assembly deputies as follows:
1. The National Assembly Standing Committee submits to the National Assembly to dismiss National Assembly deputies.
2. The National Assembly discusses at the National Assembly Delegation; The Chairman of the National Assembly may meet with the Heads of National Assembly Delegations to discuss relevant issues.
3. The National Assembly Standing Committee reports to the National Assembly on the explanation and reception of opinions of National Assembly delegates discussed at the National Assembly Delegation.
4. National Assembly debate. Before the National Assembly debates, the National Assembly delegate who is proposed to be dismissed has right to express his or her opinion.
5. The National Assembly establishes a Vote Counting Committee.
6. The National Assembly dismisses National Assembly deputies by secret ballot.
7. The vote counting committee reports the vote counting results and voting results.
8. The National Assembly Standing Committee submits to the National Assembly a draft resolution to dismiss National Assembly deputies.
9. National Assembly debate.
10. The National Assembly Standing Committee reports to the National Assembly on explanations, receives comments from National Assembly delegates and revises the draft resolution.
11. The National Assembly votes to approve the draft resolution.

In Article 46 of the National Assembly session regulations issued together with Resolution 71/2022/QH15 (effective from March 15, 2023), there are regulations on approving the proposal of the Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy regarding the arrest, detention, detention, prosecution of National Assembly deputies, and searches of the residences and workplaces of National Assembly deputies as follows:
1. Documents submitted to the National Assembly for approval of the proposal of the Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy on arrest, detention, detention, prosecution of National Assembly deputies, and searches of residences and workplaces of National Assembly deputies include including:

In Article 47 of the Rules of the National Assembly session regulations issued together with Resolution 71/2022/QH15 (effective from March 15, 2023), there are regulations on the decision to establish a Provisional Committee during the National Assembly session as follows:
1. Documents submitted to the National Assembly to decide to establish the Provisional Committee include:
a) Report of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the establishment of the Provisional Committee;
b) Draft resolution on the establishment of the Provisional Committee.
The draft resolution stipulates the tasks, powers, list of members, operating methods, and end date of the Provisional Committee's tasks;
c) Other documents (if any).
2. The National Assembly decides to establish the Provisional Committee in the following order:
a) Representative of the National Assembly Standing Committee presents the report;
b) National Assembly debate;
c) The National Assembly Standing Committee reports to the National Assembly on explanations, receives comments from National Assembly delegates and revises the draft resolution;
d) The National Assembly votes to approve the draft resolution.
