Technical Regulations in the Field of National Defense Applied by Which Measures?

According to Clause 3, Article 9 of Circular 25/2020/TT-BQP stipulating the measures for applying standards and technical regulations in the field of military defense. To be specific:

- Propagate, disseminate, guide, and train the application of standards and technical regulations to relevant subjects;

- Promote activities to evaluate conformity with standards and technical regulations;

- Organize research and investigation to apply international standards, regional standards, or foreign standards that are suitable for military and defense tasks under Vietnam's conditions. Have a plan for technology investment and management to meet the requirements of the international standards, regional standards, or foreign standards expected to be applied.
