Subjects and Scope of Rotation for Leadership and Management Officials
Subjects and Scope of Rotation for Leadership and Management Officials as Prescribed in Article 55 of Decree 138/2020/ND-CP. Specifically outlined as follows:
Subjects of Rotation:
a) Leadership and management officials within the planning of the agency or organization;
b) Leadership and management officials holding head positions that, according to regulations, cannot be held for more than two consecutive terms in one locality or agency;
c) Leadership and management officials who, according to regulations, cannot be assigned to their local area.
Based on the task requirements, planning, and usage plan of officials, leadership, and management officials are rotated within the system of agencies of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the State, and socio-political organizations.
Rotational positions are arranged according to the policies of the Communist Party and the competent authority.
