Based on Clause a, Sub-section 1, Section IV, Article 1 of Decision 251/QD-BNV dated 2022, stipulating the responsibilities for implementing the 2022 Plan for Information and Communication on Administrative Reform of Vietnam Television, Voice of Vietnam, Provincial and Municipal Radio and Television Stations directly under the Central Government as follows:
Establish and maintain a regular broadcasting segment on state administrative reform, at least once a week, with each broadcast being at least 15 minutes long at a time with a high viewership. Open an appropriate segment to disseminate information about administrative reform, such as direct responses from Directors of provincial departments and authorities on television...
2. Responsibilities for Implementing the Plan for Information and Communication on Administrative Reform of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Training and Retraining Schools for Cadres
Additionally, Clause a, Sub-section 1, Section IV, Article 1 of this Decision also stipulates the responsibilities for implementing the 2022 Plan for Information and Communication on Administrative Reform of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, National Academy of Public Administration; training and retraining schools for officials of ministries and ministerial-level agencies; provincial and municipal political schools directly under the Central Government as follows:
Strengthen research and teaching on state administrative reform. Include administrative reform content in the teaching programs appropriate to each target group.
