Responsibilities of Principal Inspector of the Communist Party?
Pursuant to Subsection a Section 2 Part A Standards, titles, and appointments issued under Decision No. 505/QD-UBKTTW on the responsibilities of the principal inspector of the Communist Party (Position Code: 04.024A), the responsibilities are defined as follows:
a. Responsibilities
They are professional staff of the inspection committee from the district, district-level, and equivalent levels (under the administrative and service sectors) and above. They are assigned to perform inspection and supervision duties in one or several localities or units; execute inspection and supervision tasks according to specific themes or undertake other assigned tasks related to inspection and supervision work.
Duties of Principal Inspector of the Communist Party?
Pursuant to Subsection b Section 2 Part A Standards, titles, and appointments issued under Decision No. 505/QD-UBKTTW on the duties of the principal inspector of the Communist Party (Position Code: 04.024A), the duties are defined as follows:
b. Duties
- Lead research, propose policies, plans, and measures to perform inspection and supervision tasks as regulated by the Constitution of the Communist Party; execute assignments from the Party Committee and the resolutions, directives, and decisions of the Communist Party related to the assigned tasks and areas of work; hold personal accountability to the unit leadership for their conclusions, recommendations, and proposals.
- Develop and guide the implementation of regulations, rules, procedures to perform inspection and supervision tasks; organize and implement the resolutions, directives, decisions of the Communist Party, regulations of the agency/unit related to the assigned tasks and areas of work.
- Organize monitoring, inspection, supervision, and report on the status and results of the inspection and supervision tasks (in the assigned regions or themes); implement the resolutions, directives, decisions of the Communist Party, regulations of the agency related to the assigned tasks and fields of work; propose remedial measures.
- Develop and execute plans for professional activities, collect information, compile statistics, archive documents; analyze and evaluate the results of the assigned tasks.
- Lead research, develop grassroots-level projects; participate in research at provincial, city levels; and at ministries and central authorities.
- Participate in compiling parts or specific topics, and instructional materials for inspection and supervision work; provide guidance and professional training for lower-rank officials.
