Responsibilities of Agencies Receiving Feedback and Recommendations on the National Public Service Portal
According to Article 47 of the Regulation on Management, Operation, and Exploitation of the National Public Service Portal promulgated along with Decision No. 31/2021/QD-TTg (Effective from December 9, 2021) stipulating the responsibilities of the agencies receiving feedback and recommendations as follows:
Arrange officials and public employees to receive and respond to feedback and recommendations; classify and transfer feedback and recommendations to relevant agencies, units, or transfer them to state administrative agencies and authorized individuals for handling and response.
Organize the reception of feedback and recommendations according to the procedure specified in Article 44 of this Regulation and synchronize information on feedback and recommendations, status of processing feedback and recommendations, and results of resolving feedback and recommendations on the National Public Service Portal.
Guide, inspect, and urge the reception and handling of feedback and recommendations by agencies and units.
