Requirements for Feedback and Recommendations on the National Public Service Portal

Based on Article 41 of the Regulation on the Management, Operation, and Exploitation of the National Public Service Portal issued together with Decision 31/2021/QD-TTg (Effective from December 09, 2021), the requirements for feedback and recommendations on the National Public Service Portal are stipulated as follows:

Requirements for feedback and recommendations sent via the National Public Service Portal

1. Use the Vietnamese language.

2. Clearly express the feedback and recommendations content as stipulated in Article 39 of this Regulation.

3. Provide full information about the name, contact address, phone number, and email address of the organization or individual sending the feedback and recommendations; the organization or individual must have an account on the National Public Service Portal to send feedback and recommendations.
