Based on Article 10 of Decree 06/2014/ND-CP which stipulates policies for agencies, organizations, and individuals participating in security protection work as follows:
Agencies and organizations participating in security protection work are protected in terms of honor and property; individuals participating in security protection work are protected in terms of life, health, honor, dignity, and property as prescribed by law.
Agencies, organizations, and individuals participating in security protection work and achieving accomplishments shall be rewarded in accordance with the law on emulation and commendation.
Agencies, organizations, and individuals who, due to participating in security protection work, suffer damage to their honor shall be restored; those suffering property damage shall be compensated; individuals who die directly due to participation in security protection work shall be considered for recognition as martyrs. If injured, leading to a reduction of working capacity by 21% or more, they shall be considered for policies similar to that of war invalids as prescribed by the law on preferential treatment for those contributing to the revolution.
Thus, individuals participating in security protection work, if injured leading to a reduction of working capacity by 21% or more, shall be considered for policies similar to those of war invalids as prescribed by the law on preferential treatment for those contributing to the revolution.
In the above case, since you participated in security protection work leading to a 30% reduction in working capacity due to injury, you will be considered for policies similar to those of war invalids as prescribed by the law.
Funding Ensuring the Implementation of Measures for Public Mobilization to Protect Security and Order
Based on Article 11 of Decree 06/2014/ND-CP which stipulates the funding ensuring the implementation of measures for public mobilization to protect security and order as follows:
- Sources of funding ensuring the implementation of measures for public mobilization to protect security and order:
a) State budget according to the regulations of the Law on State Budget;
b) Contributions and sponsorships from agencies, organizations, and individuals as prescribed by law.
- The management and use of funding ensuring the implementation of measures for public mobilization to protect security and order shall be carried out in accordance with the law.
