Reception of Feedback and Inquiries on the National Public Service Portal: Regulatory Provisions
Based on Clause 2, Article 43 of the Regulations on Management, Operation, and Exploitation of the National Public Service Portal issued together with Decision 31/2021/QD-TTg (Effective from December 09, 2021) stipulating the receipt of feedback and suggestions as follows:
+ Ministries, agencies, and Provincial People's Committees use authorized accounts to access the Information System for receiving and responding to feedback and suggestions to receive, categorize, and transfer the handling of feedback and suggestions from organizations and individuals sent through the National Public Service Portal;
+ For feedback and suggestions sent by document, phone, fax, or email, ministries, agencies, and Provincial People's Committees must fully update the content of these feedback and suggestions into the Information System for receiving and handling feedback and suggestions and handle them according to legal regulations.
