Organizational Structure of the Center for Application of Scientific and Technological Advancements

According to Clause 3, Article 7 of Circular 01/2021/TT-BKHCN, the organizational structure of the Center for Application of Scientific and Technological Advancements is stipulated as follows:

a) Leadership: The Application Center has a Director and Deputy Directors as prescribed.

The Director of the Center is responsible to the Director of the Department and the law for all activities of the Center.

The Deputy Directors of the Center are responsible to the Director of the Center and the law for the assigned fields of work.

b) Professional and operational organizations under the Center

The Application Center has an Office and specialized departments to implement tasks within the assigned functions and duties.

Based on the nature, characteristics, and specific requirements for scientific and technological application research activities in the locality, the Director of the Application Center submits to the Director of the Department to advise and present to the competent authority for specific regulations on the organizational structure of the Center as prescribed.

Organizational Structure of the Center for Information and Statistics on Science and Technology

According to Clause 3, Article 8 of this Circular, the organizational structure of the Center for Information and Statistics on Science and Technology is as follows:

a) Leadership: The Information Center has a Director and Deputy Directors as prescribed.

The Director of the Information Center is responsible to the Director of the Department and the law for all activities of the Center;

The Deputy Directors of the Center are responsible to the Director of the Center and the law for the assigned fields of work.

b) Professional and operational organizations under the Center

The Information Center has an Office and specialized departments to implement tasks within the assigned functions and duties.

Based on the nature, characteristics, and specific requirements for information, statistics on science, technology, and innovation activities in the locality, the Director of the Information Center submits to the Director of the Department to present to the competent authority for specific regulations on the organizational structure of the Center as prescribed.
