Disclosure of Responses to Feedback and Recommendations on the National Public Service Portal: How is it Done?
According to Article 46 of the National Public Service Portal management, operation, and exploitation regulations issued together with Decision 31/2021/QD-TTg (Effective from December 09, 2021) stipulating the public disclosure of feedback, complaint results as follows:
The Office of the Government of Vietnam, state agencies assigned to receive, classify, and forward the processing of feedback and complaints from organizations and individuals, are responsible for checking, updating, and publicly posting the response results on the National Public Service Portal in accordance with the forms stipulated in Article 19 of Decree No. 20/2008/ND-CP dated February 14, 2008, of the Government of Vietnam on the receipt and processing of feedback and complaints from organizations and individuals regarding administrative regulations.
In case the response results are unsuitable or inconsistent with the feedback and complaints of organizations and individuals, the Office of the Government of Vietnam and state agencies assigned to receive, classify, and forward the processing of feedback and complaints shall return the feedback and complaints on the System to request the handling agency or unit to process and forward the response results before publicly posting.
