Delegation of Import of Goods Serving Security

Article 12 of Decree 63/2020/ND-CP (effective from August 01, 2020) stipulates the mechanism for ordering, assigning plans, assigning tasks, and entrusting the import of goods serving security purposes:

1. Annually, the Minister of Public Security decides on ordering, assigning plans, assigning tasks, and entrusting the import of goods to serve security purposes to security industry facilities that meet the stipulated conditions and capacities according to the provisions of law.

2. The mechanism for ordering, assigning plans, assigning tasks, and entrusting the import of goods serving security purposes is implemented in accordance with the regulations of the Minister of Public Security.
