Does the Communal People's Committee have the responsibility to provide information on land data?
At Article 15 of Circular No. 34/2014/TT-BTNMT, it is stipulated that:
Article 15. Land Data Providing Agencies
The central agency providing land data is the Land Data and Information Center under the General Department of Land Management, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
The local agency providing land data is the Land Registration Office.
For localities that have not yet established a land database, the Land Registration Office and the commune-level People's Committee are responsible for providing land data from cadastral records according to the management hierarchy of cadastral records.
=> Thus, as per the above regulation, the commune-level People's Committee is responsible for providing land data from cadastral records according to its management hierarchy of cadastral records when the locality has not yet established a land database, as stipulated above by the Land Registration Office.
Respectfully.
