Responsibilities of Citizen Reception Officers in Social Insurance Agencies
Based on Clause 3, Article 12 of Decision 378/QD-BHXH 2020, regulations are as follows:
The citizen reception officer is responsible for requesting the citizen to present their issues, listen, classify, fully and honestly record the content of the citizen's complaint, denunciation, petition, or reflection accurately; if any content is unclear, request the citizen to further present, then read it back to the citizen; request the citizen to sign or mark the Citizen Reception Book.
=> Therefore, your responsibility is to listen and record the content presented by the citizen.
