Principles for Granting/Revoking Access Rights to the Centralized Data Aggregation and Analysis System of the Social Insurance Sector

Principles of Granting/Revoking Access Rights to the Centralized Data Compilation and Analysis System of the Social Insurance Sector stipulated in Article 6 of the Regulation issued together with Decision 893/QD-BHXH in 2020, specifically:

- Each individual is granted only one account to log into the DWH System.

- The Director of the Information Technology Center recommends to the Sector Leadership decisions on granting/revoking access rights to the DWH system for: Central application administrators; Leaders of units under Vietnam Social Security.

- The Information Technology Center performs the granting and revoking of access rights to the DWH System for Provincial application administrators based on the support email accounts of the provincial Social Insurance agencies.

- The Director of the provincial Social Insurance agencies decides on the granting/revoking of access rights to the DWH System for users within the province (excluding Provincial application administrators).

- Heads of units under Vietnam Social Security decide on the granting/revoking of access rights to the DWH system for users under their management.
