Guidance on signing documents and reports for investment activities in Vietnam

According to this Circular, for each form of investment in Vietnam, there will be regulations on how to sign different documents and reports, specifically:

- In case of investment in the form of establishment of an economic organization in Vietnam: Before the establishment of an economic organization, the investor shall sign documents on implementation of investment procedures; after the establishment of an economic organization, the competent representative at law of the economic organization shall sign documents on implementation of investment procedures;

- For investment in the form of capital contribution, share purchase, capital contribution purchase in Vietnam: Foreign investors contributing capital, buying shares, buying contributed capital and authorized representatives at law of economic organizations with foreign investors contributing capital, buying shares or buying contributed capital shall sign documents to carry out investment procedures;

- For investment contracts in the form of business cooperation contracts in Vietnam: The parties to the business cooperation contract sign documents implementing investment procedures and documents related to investment activities.
