Step 1: Students submit applications
Within 15 days from the date of enrollment, students should submit applications directly or by mail, or online per the regulations to the Department of Internal Affairs where they have household registration for university or pedagogical college students or to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for college students except pedagogical college students.
Each student submits only one application once to request a scholarship throughout their study period at the educational institution;
Applications include: The student's commitment, certified by the school where they are studying (Form 01 attached in the Appendix issued with Decree 84/2020/ND-CP);
Step 2: Receive applications, appraise, prepare lists, estimate financial needs, and execute the policy scholarship payment to students
The Department of Internal Affairs, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs receive applications, appraise, prepare lists, estimate financial needs, and execute the policy scholarship payment to students as per the regulations.
In cases where applications are non-compliant, the Department of Internal Affairs, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs have the responsibility to notify the learners within 07 working days from the date of receiving the applications;
Students receive policy scholarships directly at the Department of Internal Affairs, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, or through student bank accounts on a periodic review and scholarship grant basis.
