1. Educational quality accreditation organizations include:

b) Educational quality accreditation organizations established by domestic, foreign organizations or individuals;

c) Foreign educational quality accreditation organizations.

2. The organization and implementation of educational quality accreditation are stipulated as follows:

a) The Government of Vietnam stipulates conditions and procedures for establishment, operation approval, suspension, dissolution of educational quality accreditation organizations; stipulates conditions and procedures for the recognition of foreign educational quality accreditation organizations operating in Vietnam;

b) The Minister of Education and Training decides on the establishment or approval for establishment, operation approval, suspension, dissolution of educational quality accreditation organizations and stipulates responsibilities and authority of educational quality accreditation organizations for preschool education, general education, and continuing education; decides recognition and revocation of recognition decisions for foreign educational quality accreditation organizations operating in Vietnam; stipulates the supervision and evaluation of educational quality accreditation organizations;

c) Educational quality accreditation for vocational education and higher education is implemented according to the provisions of the Vocational Education Law and Higher Education Law.

Thus, there are three types of educational quality accreditation organizations, including:

- Educational quality accreditation organizations established by the State;

- Educational quality accreditation organizations established by domestic, foreign organizations or individuals;

- Foreign educational quality accreditation organizations.
