*Strengths:

- Generally, students are obedient, polite, listen to teachers, and are conscious of good study habits. They maintain good hygiene and handwriting, and adhere to school and class regulations.

- Many students have a good learning attitude, actively and independently grasp lessons, and complete assignments well. (mention notable students)

- Most students pay attention during lessons.

- With numerous competitive activities, along with innovative teaching methods and forms, most students are eager to explore, grasp knowledge, and actively participate in discussions, confidently presenting their views.

- Actively participate in movements initiated by the Team and the school: Purchasing toothpicks to support the blind, Tet gifts for soldiers, etc.

- Maintain achievements from the first semester, strive for advanced class status by the end of the year,

- Enhance the protection of classroom facilities. Aim to repair classrooms, thus if students deliberately scribble on walls, request parents to fix it. Electrical boards made at the beginning of the year handed over to the classes, any class/student damaging them will be responsible for repairs, or compensation.

*Implementation Measures:

- Teacher: Reinforcing study habits

- Organize diverse competitions; intensify more student coaching.

- Students: Improve routines, promote self-discipline, will to excel in learning, mutual support in study. Continue to nurture students chosen for the district's excellent student team to participate in provincial competitions. Enhance supplementary classes twice/day. Actively join activities initiated by the Team and the school.

- Parents: Continue the concern shown, and increase attention in this second semester; regularly remind, urge, and check self-study and homework of students, know students' study schedules, and feel free to call the Homeroom Teacher, Subject Teachers to understand details.
