Step 02: Select the "Eye Care Contest" section to enter the exam page.
Step 03: Select "Register/Login" then choose Registration to create an account

Guidelines for registering an account and participating in the Eye Care and Vision Impairment Prevention Contest for Students There are 03 methods to register an account: Step 1: To take the contest, candidates log in to the previously registered account. After successful registration, candidates proceed to the contest and select the corresponding education level to participate. Step 2: Candidates fill in all required information (fields marked with * are mandatory) and then press "Enter the Contest". During the contest, questions, remaining time, and question numbers will be displayed. The system will mark the questions as candidates complete them. Completed questions will be marked in red, unanswered questions will be in white, and currently answered questions will be in green. Upon reaching the last question, a dialogue “Submit Confirmation” will appear. If candidates have not finished or wish to change the answers to already answered questions while time remains, they should press "No". If no changes are desired, they should press "Yes". To modify or complete unanswered questions within the remaining time, candidates navigate to the question to change/complete it and select an answer. After editing/completing, candidates choose “Submit” and then “Yes” to confirm submission and finish the contest. Step 3: After submission, the system will display a notification of the number of questions attempted by the candidate. |

What are the regulations on the manners of lower secondary school students at the school in Vietnam?
Under Article 36 of the lower secondary school, upper secondary school and multi-level school charter issued in conjunction with Circular 32/2020/TT-BGDDT, the manners of lower secondary school students at the school in Vietnam are specified as follows:
- Students must have appropriate, respectful, friendly and cultured manners and language that suit the moral values and lifestyle of secondary school students.
What are the disciplinary measures against lower secondary school students committing violations in Vietnam?
Under Article 38 of the lower secondary school, upper secondary school and multi-level school charter issued in conjunction with Circular 32/2020/TT-BGDDT regarding commendations and discipline:
Commendations and Discipline
1. Teachers, secondary schools and education authorities shall commend students with learning and training achievements in the following ways:
a) Commend them in front of the class or the whole school.
b) Grant them titles for students according to regulations.
c) Grant certificates and certificates of merit to students with outstanding achievements or exceptional improvement in learning or emulation movements and contest winners according to regulations and with permission from the Ministry of Education and Training.
d) Other ways to commend.
2. Students making a mistake during the learning and training process shall be corrected or disciplined in the following ways:
a) Give the student a reminder, directly support them in correcting their mistake.
b) Reprimand the student, inform the student’s parent(s) to have the parent(s) cooperate in supporting the student in correcting their mistake.
c) Suspend the student’s study at school for a definite period and take other correcting measures according to regulations from the Ministry of Education and Training.
Thus, according to the regulations, when a lower secondary school student commits a violation, he/she will face the following disciplinary measures:
- Give the student a reminder, directly support them in correcting their mistake.
