- Incomplete comprehensive innovation in education management:
- Low effectiveness in human resource management and task assignment:
- Inefficient management of resources and teaching equipment use:
2. Causes of Limitations and Deficiencies:
- Objective Causes:
+ The workload in school management is quite large and complex, with many simultaneous tasks such as student management, teacher management, movement activities, and school events. This makes it difficult to closely monitor each specific job.
+ The rapid changes in education policies and demands for improving teaching methods and applying technology in education require time for teachers to familiarize and adapt. The preparation of the teaching staff in school is not uniform, leading to difficulties in comprehensive innovation.
- Subjective Causes:
+ Inefficient time arrangement: In the management role, I sometimes prioritize administrative duties and professional work too much, limiting time for teaching supervision and monitoring.
+ Lack of breakthrough initiatives in staff allocation and teacher activity management. Task assignment sometimes does not match individual capacity and expertise, leading to work efficiency not meeting expectations.
+ Limited ability to guide teachers in using new technology and teaching equipment. I need to enhance my skills in resource and equipment management, as well as support teachers in applying new technologies in teaching.
III. Results in Overcoming Limitations, Deficiencies Concluded by Authorities or Pointed out in Previous Evaluations
- Monitoring teaching quality: I have attended class observations, required periodic reports from subject groups, and clarified assignment duties in the school board. However, supervision has not been consistent across all subjects.
- Innovating education management: Some improvements have been implemented, especially applying technology in teaching. However, due to teachers' unfamiliarity, effectiveness has not met required expectations.
- Managing human resources and task assignment: Task assignment has been adjusted according to teacher capacity, a feedback channel has been created to gather opinions. Initial results show improvements in some movements, but ongoing monitoring is needed.
- Use of teaching equipment: Organized training sessions on technology use, but teachers still face difficulties and need continued support.
Self-assessment on the level of execution: Self-assessment in the following levels: Excellent > Good > Average > Poor
VI. Directions and Measures for Correcting Limitations, Deficiencies
- Enhance teaching supervision: Clearly assign supervision duties within the school board, regularly observe classes and gather feedback from students.
- Innovate management work: Strengthen technology skill training for teachers, encourage them to experiment with new methods, and facilitate participation in professional development.
- Enhance human resource management effectiveness: Periodically evaluate teachers' capacity, assign tasks appropriately, and strengthen motivation and rewards to encourage movement participation.
