- Establish a communication channel between the vocational education institution, the students' families, and relevant organizations and individuals to promptly prevent and handle incidents of school violence.

  1. Content of Propaganda

a) Policies and guidelines of the Communist Party, state policies and laws, traditions, and national pride. Educational content on political ideology, legal compliance, education on a humane, tolerant, and compassionate lifestyle, responsibility towards oneself, family, community, and the nation. Examples of individuals and collectives who effectively contribute to building a safe, healthy educational environment and preventing school violence.

b) Reflecting the thoughts, aspirations, feelings, and responsibilities of students regarding a safe, healthy, friendly educational environment, or human behavior in social relationships.

a) Propaganda through mass media, internal information systems of vocational education institutions, and social networks.

b) Through classroom hours, conferences, seminars, training sessions, and extracurricular activities.

c) Through specialized talks and seminars on culture and society.

d) Through cultural, art, sports competitions, or competitions related to relevant fields.

Thus, the forms of propaganda and prevention of school violence are as follows:

Which program in Vietnam shall include anti-school violence measures in political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle education activities?

According to Article 6 of Circular 38/2019/TT-BLDTBXH, regulations on integrating political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle education are as follows:

  1. Vocational education institutions shall integrate the content of building a safe, healthy, and friendly educational environment, and preventing school violence into political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle education activities at the start of term, start of year, end of the school year, or other extracurricular education activities.
  1. Vocational education institutions are responsible for integrating, incorporating educational content on ensuring a safe, healthy, friendly educational environment, and preventing school violence into primary, secondary, and college curricula with appropriate timing.

Therefore, the integration of anti-school violence measures in political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle education activities occurs at the start of term, start of year, end of the school year, or other extracurricular education activities.

Additionally, vocational education institutions have the responsibility to integrate and incorporate educational content on preventing school violence into primary, secondary, and college curricula with appropriate timing.

How to support when there is a risk of school violence in Vietnam?

According to Article 8 of Circular 38/2019/TT-BLDTBXH, when there is a risk of school violence,

- Promptly detect students at risk of school violence through management, monitoring measures, and information channels.

- Assess the level of risk and forms of possible violence to have specific preventive and supportive measures for students.

- Organize meetings, understand, and warn students about potential school violence risks. Advise on necessary measures for students to avoid school violence.

- Coordinate closely with students' families and related organizations and agencies in supporting students at risk of school violence.
