Research on developing the Vietnamese National Standard for workers' accommodations in industrial zones in Vietnam

The tasks to implement Directive 34-CT/TW include:

- Organize research, thoroughly understand and implement Directive 34-CT/TW;

- Propagate, advocate, and raise awareness and responsibility among officials, party members, and the people towards the goal of striving to completely eliminate temporary and dilapidated housing for poor and near-poor households, and those affected by natural disasters and climate change by 2030 nationwide; complete the construction of at least 1 million social housing units for low-income individuals and industrial zone workers; effectively implement housing support according to targeted programs, especially for people with meritorious services to the revolution, relatives of meritorious individuals struggling with housing, poor households in rural areas, ethnic minority regions, and mountainous areas; ensure 100% of meritorious individuals and their families are well taken care of regarding housing.

- Organize training, propaganda, and dissemination of the contents of Housing Law 2023, Real Estate Business Law 2023, and the regulatory documents detailing and guiding the implementation of these Laws.

- Research and propose mechanisms and preferential policies to encourage the development of social housing following a green model, energy-saving, sustainable development, and low-carbon emissions.

- Research and develop  Vietnamese National Standard for worker accommodation in industrial zones in Vietnam.

- Research and develop technical guidance documents on low-carbon emission social housing in Vietnam.

- Complete the development of an information database system on housing and the real estate market, including social housing.

- Research the establishment and operational mechanisms of a state enterprise dedicated to investing in social housing development: Research and develop a pilot Scheme for allocating land without bidding to state enterprises investing in social housing development.
