Contents of the policies for assistance in human resource development for cooperatives in Vietnam

The contents of the policies for assistance in human resource development in Vietnam are stipulated as follows:

- Financial support for compiling, developing, and publishing programs and textbooks on the collective economy to be used in higher education institutions, political theory training, and state management training;

- Financial support for developing and implementing training programs, both domestically and internationally, in accordance with relevant legal regulations to enhance the capacity of officials and public employees assigned to duties related to the development of the collective economy, and members and workers in partnership groups, cooperatives, and cooperative unions;

- Training programs on professional knowledge, skills, operations, and techniques are conducted through both direct and online methods. The training content is based on a knowledge framework suitable for the Comprehensive Program on Collective Economic Development;

- Support for travel, accommodation, and meal costs for members and workers of partnership groups, cooperatives, and cooperative unions participating in training courses on professional knowledge, skills, operations, and techniques within the country;

- Salaries, bonuses, and benefits for workers with college, university, and postgraduate degrees working at partnership groups, cooperatives, and cooperative unions;

- Developing and implementing communication programs to raise awareness, management knowledge, and production and business skills of partnership groups, cooperatives, and cooperative unions, suitable for each industry, field, and locality;

- International cooperation in formal training on the collective economy as stipulated by education laws in Vietnam.

Decree 113/2024/ND-CP takes effect in Vietnam from November 1, 2024.
