Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam announces the List of administrative procedures eligible for full-process online public service implementation

The Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam has announced 104 administrative procedures eligible for full online public service implementation.

For example, 26 procedures in the field of establishment and operation of cooperative unions, cooperatives, and cooperative federations in Vietnam include:

- Registration for the establishment of a cooperative, cooperative federation; registration for converting a cooperative alliance into a cooperative; registration when a cooperative, cooperative federation splits, separates, or merges.

- Registration of branch operations, representative offices, notification of business locations.

- Registration for changes in the registration content of cooperatives, cooperative federations; registration for changes concerning cases where cooperatives, cooperative federations split, merge.

- Renewal of Certificate of Cooperative Registration or Cooperative Federation Registration.

- Notification of changes in the registration content of cooperatives, cooperative federations; Notification of changes in registration content for split or merged cooperatives, cooperative federations.

- Notification regarding the establishment of an enterprise by cooperatives, cooperative federations.

- Registration for changes in the operation registration content of branches, representative offices, business locations of cooperatives, cooperative federations.

- Notification of temporary business suspension/resumption for cooperatives, cooperative federations, branches, representative offices, business locations.

- Reissuance of the Cooperative Registration Certificate, Branch Operation Registration Certificate, Representative Office Registration Certificate, or Business Location Registration Certificate for cooperatives, cooperative federations.

- Registration for the dissolution of cooperatives, cooperative federations.

- Termination of branch, representative office, or business location operation of cooperatives, cooperative federations.

- Request to change the name of cooperative alliances, cooperatives, cooperative federations, branches, representative offices, business locations of cooperatives, cooperative federations due to infringement of industrial property rights.

- Request for withdrawal of a Certificate of Cooperative Alliance Registration, Cooperative Registration, Branch Registration, or Representative Office Registration in cases where the declared content is falsified.

- Registration for the establishment of cooperative alliances; registration of cooperative alliances established prior to July 1, 2024, subject to registration under Clause 2, Article 107 of the Cooperative Law 2023.

- Reissuance of a Cooperative Alliance Registration Certificate due to loss, fire, tear, destruction, or damage.

- Registration for changes in the registration content of cooperative alliances.

- Correction, update, addition of information in the registration of cooperative alliances.

- Notification of temporary business suspension or resumption for cooperative alliances.

- Termination of operations of cooperative alliances.

- Suspension of cooperative, cooperative federation registration procedures.

- Suspension of cooperative alliance registration procedures.

- Suspension of cooperative, cooperative federation dissolution procedures.

- Notification of the establishment of branches or representative offices abroad.

- Correction, update, addition of information in the registration of cooperatives, cooperative federations.

- Notification of additions or updates to information in cooperative, cooperative federation registration files.

- Correction, update, addition of information in the registration of branches, representative offices, business locations of cooperatives, cooperative federations.
