To promulgate a List of training courses on arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations at level 4 of VQF and level 5 of VQF in Vietnam

Circular 05/2023/TT-BLDTBXH takes effect from July 30, 2023, applies to enrollment and training courses from July 30, 2023 and replaces Circular 36/2017/TT- BLDTBXH.

Regulations on vocational educational and training applicable to participants in training courses on arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations at Level 4 of VQF and Level 5 of VQF running  before July 30, 2023 shall continue to be implemented under the Circular 36/2017/TT-BLDTBXH until the end of such courses.

In which, a number of training courses have been added to the List of training courses on arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations at level 4 of VQF and level 5 of VQF in Vietnam

Competence to promulgate List of training courses on arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations at level 4 of VQF and level 5 of VQF in Vietnam

According to Article 4 of Decree 15/2019/ND-CP stipulating the authority and duties of state management of vocational education assigned to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affair of Vietnam

In which, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs is responsible for developing and issuing the list of heavy and dangerous disciplines; a list of disciplines facing difficulty in enrollment but are required by the society. 

Issuing the economic and technical norms, minimum volume of knowledge, potential requirements which the students must satisfy after graduating in national intermediate and college disciplines; heavy and dangerous disciplines facing difficulty in enrollment but are required by the society; disciplines ordered or assigned by the regulatory agencies to be offered in trainings and particular specialized disciplines that satisfy the social-economic development requirements and national defense and security requirements.
